
Live-In Comfort is a small limited company. The Registered Manager is, Carole Bello, who has been with the company since 1996 and has over 25 years' experience in the nursing profession as a registered nurse, working in area such as Pediatrics, Accident & Emergency and General Medicine, she has also worked as a Care Needs assessor for a large private Health Care Company and also in the home care sector as a care manager. It is her work background that has enables her to undertake her role as she is well placed to be able to understand the need of our clients. The Registered Manager works alongside our Quality Care Advisors who's jobs it is to undertaken the Home & Care Needs assessments as well as provide support to the clients once a service has commenced.
The majorities of our Carers are from a care or nursing background and will already have experience of live-in care work. All have a liking for people and have demonstrated qualities such as understanding, compassion, commitment reliability and flexibility.
Live-In Comfort is focused on live-in care within the client's home. We also provide a Night Care Service for the Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas only.
We are members of the United Kingdom Home Care Associations and British Association of Domiciliary Care (Ceretas). We are accredited to and have contracts with a number of local authorities, including Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Kent.
All our caregivers are subject to a rigorous vetting procedure, including the completion of a detailed application form, from which we require at least three references, two of which must demonstrate previous care experience. The selection process involves a personal interview, and an enhanced police check. All caregivers must follow an induction program.
