The Service

All our caregivers undergo a rigorous selection process and are selected for their ability, experience and personality. Live-In Comfort provides experienced caregivers who can assist with a wide range of tasks.

Personal Care

Administering/ reminding to take medication
Help with washing, dressing and assisting with toilet needs
Catheter care
Special care, e.g. caring for the terminally ill

Household Tasks

Light laundry duties
Light housework
Shopping
Cooking
Collection of prescriptions

Social Care Tasks

Encouraging independence
Assisting with letter writing
Transport to shops
Transport to day centre or social activities
Companionship

Monitoring of Service

You will meet our Community Care Field Supervisor, Leigh Di Bernardo, who will conduct a home assessment before commencement of our service. This is in order to establish with yourself and your family the level of care that you require, and to produce a care plan. Once the service has commenced the field supervisors regularly monitor the care service to ensure that you are satisfied with the care, and to undertake additional assessments if any changes to your care are necessary.

We are constantly striving to improve the service which we provide. We will therefore ask you to complete our quality of service questionnaire; the results of which are published in our newsletters.
