
Live-In Comfort provides experienced caregivers who can assist with a wide range of tasks.
Administering/reminding to take medication; help with washing and dressing; assisting with toilet needs. Catheter care; special care, e.g., caring for the terminally ill.
Basic laundry duties, light housework, shopping, cooking, and collecting prescriptions.
Encouraging independence, assisting with letter writing, accompanying on trips out or to social activities, companionship.
You will meet our Quality Care Advisers, who will conduct a home assessment before our service begins, in order to establish, in consultation with yourself and your family, the level of care that you require, and to produce a care plan. Once the service has commenced the Quality Care Advisers regularly monitor the service to ensure that you are satisfied, and to undertake additional assessments if the need should arise for any changes to your care.
We are constantly striving to improve the service that we provide. For this purpose, we shall ask you to complete our quality of service questionnaire, the results of which are published in our newsletters.
